Return is applicable only if the product is damaged/ missing. Please write to store@milepearl.com for returns with your order id and supported images & unboxing video.
Once a product is accepted for return, a refund is initiated in the form of store credits Within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We require a full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
